BJM Academy

BUILT ON PROGRESSION. NOT PROMISES.

BJM isn’t grassroots. We’re a serious development academy for players who want to find out how good they can become and when they earn it, we have the means to open the doors that come next.

Built by a coach who'd seen what was missing was missing.

8 years coaching young players to Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and other top academies from BJM Academy (UK). A move to Dubai in early 2024 — and freelance work that proved the gap wasn’t talent or coaching.

It was the complete development environment. So he built one. BJM Football Academy (UAE) was born in September 2025.

HEAD COACH & FOUNDER

Four pillars.
Built into every player.

Mentality

Handle pressure, learn from mistakes, and maintain 100% attitude and standards.

Reps

Repeat every technique and weakness. Even strengths need reps—never stop.

Respect

Respect is key to learn. No ego. Be respectful to everyone — on and off the grass

Football IQ

Football starts with the brain, not the feet. Master the details and game IQ.

Not just an incredible coach, but someone who guided me through a tough period after Ipswich. He never lost faith in me and kept pushing me year after year. A huge part of my journey to Manchester United.

I can’t thank BJM enough — they’ve been there from the very start. He always gets more from you, pushes every detail, and makes every minute count. A top coach, a great guy, and someone who brings out your best.

Bobby is an outstanding coach who has helped me improve massively. His sessions push you to your limits, making you stronger mentally, sharper, and technically better. He brings intensity and focuses on every detail.

One of my first individual coaches from a young age, who worked with me year after year at West Ham. He always pushed me to my limits while keeping my mindset positive, helping me earn my scholarship.

Bobby was my first coach and pushed me from the beginning. He helped me grow as both a player and a person, building my mental strength and teaching me every detail to improve my game throughout my journey.

I met Coach Bobby one year ago and was immediately impressed by his passion and approach. His training is technically excellent, with incredible attention to detail. Those small details make the real difference in developing elite players.
